Young Thug quickly releases deluxe to ‘Slime Language 2’
Young Thug’s label, Young Stoner Life Records, has released the deluxe edition of their compilation album Slime Language 2. The deluxe arrives one week since the release of the original version.
The project includes 8 additional tracks with new features from Nav, Jim Jones, DaBaby, Don Toliver, and more.

The original edition was expected to debut at the apex of the Billboard Hot 200 album chart, selling 125k to 140k equivalent units. The album ended up with 113k units sold. Although the album didn’t reach the projections, it still topped the charts at no. 1. The first installment of the series was released in 2018. Moving 41k units in the first week, Slime Language debuted at number 8 on Billboard Hot 200.
