Following the show at the Bojangles’ Coliseum, the “Baby on Baby” rapper was approached by Charlotte-Mecklenberg police department for — what they claim they — “smelled a strong order of marijuana coming from [his] vehicle.”
DaBaby believes he was illegally searched and arrested during the cited situation. DaBaby discussed the situation live on Instagram. He even shared his thoughts on the situation, via Twitter.
“Someone died last night while the police department wasting resources and officers to harass me in attempt to make a bad example out of me.”
