Tory counters accident lawsuit
A lawsuit was filed against Tory Lanez in 2022 by Krishna Grullon, alleging Lanez sideswiped her car while she was four months pregnant in a car accident in 2021. Grullon accuses him of negligence and seeks damages for pain, suffering, and lost wages.
Since 2022, the artist has maintained his innocence. His lawyers have always refuted all accusations by saying that there was no accident at all. In a recent report by In Touch, Lanez’s legal team filed a motion saying that Krishna Grullon has been stalling in giving her medical records. Lanez wants the court to force her to release the said records.
