Oschino claims he wrote Beanie Sigel’s famous diss track ‘Kiss The Game Goodbye’
State Property member Oschino claims he was behind the music in Beanie Sigel’s prophetic 2001 diss track aimed at Jadakiss, “Kiss The Game Goodbye.” Swizz Beatz produced the song, and it’s a collection of memorable lines with Sigel going hard on the LOX rapper: “Peep, speculate, game over/Dig this—I’m about to son Kiss like a soda.”
This last spoke of the Apt 5H Podcast, where comedian Derek Gaines broached the topic again. They had to deal with the feud still going on between Beanie Sigel and Jadakiss and maybe get into which of the two ended up winning in that feud. Gaines recounted how the line had people going berserk back in their high school days, saying, “Beanie had the line! That had us going crazy in high school!”
According to the podcast clip shared on social media, Oschino dropped into the comments to reveal that he wrote Beanie Sigel’s iconic diss. “Crazy that I wrote that, lol,” he commented, revealing his behind-the-curtain involvement in perhaps one of the most memorable diss tracks in hip-hop. That adds another layer of insight regarding the dynamics of the State Property gang at its peak.
