Eminem & Snoop Dogg dropped their surprise collab on Friday
While Friday midnight (June 24) saw quite an amount of music output, Eminem & Snoop Dogg’s surprise joint effort ‘’From The B 2 The LBC’’ is among releases that raised eyebrows. The record marked the reunion of the two rappers since their relationship grew a little sour in 2020.
Em took to Twitter to highlight his reconnection with Snoop on the record. “Took too long to reconnect with @snoopdogg you know we had to make a movie! http://Eminem.lnk.to/FromTheD2TheLBC #FromTheDToTheLBC #curtaincall2 @BoredApeYC.”
In 2020, Slim Shady grew a little salty after Snoop left him out on his Top 10 rappers list. On his track ‘’Zeus,’’ Shady responds to the Doggystyle artist rapping: “As far as squashing beef I’m used to people knocking me/But just not in my camp/And diplomatic as I’m tryin’ to be/Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me/Man, Dogg, you was like a damn god to me/Meh, not really (haha)/I had dog backwards.”
