Yak scores major legal triumph
Kodak Black can take a sigh of relief as his case involving drug possession and evidence tampering charges is now fully over. Yak was released in February after the former charges were dropped but the latter charges remained pending.
As TMZ reports, the evidence tampering charges have now been dismissed as well, rendering the whole case closed. The only remaining offense is that of being improperly parked.
“The court recognized the valid arguments that were made to dismiss the last remaining count of this wrongful arrest,” the “Stressed Out” rapper’s lawyer Bradford Cohen said in a statement. “We are happy to see the case resolved and Kodak continue to be successful in both the entertainment world and his philanthropic ventures.”
