Lil Uzi Vert hints Eternal Atake 2 was a Frank Ocean-inspired move to leave their record deal

Lil Uzi Vert has seemingly confirmed that the latest album, Eternal Atake 2 was released to clear a record label obligation and to leave their record deal for good.

The follow-up to Uzi’s 2020 album which was quite a success was released earlier this month, but it received mixed reviews from both the fans and the critics.

Trying to find answers about the disappointing work a fan wrote a comment under Uzi’s recent Instagram post, saying, “So you pulled a Frank Ocean and EA 2 was your Endless to get out of your deal?”

Though Uzi did not give a direct response, they liked the comment suggesting that it is true that the fan’s speculation on the release of Eternal Atake 2 is right on point.
