Dash says Drizzy was interested in buying Roc Nation stake
Dame Dash has recently disclosed that Drake had at one time offered to buy his share of Roc Nation for a whopping $6 million but later backed out. The hip-hop entrepreneur who co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records with Jay-Z made this revelation on his America Nu Network where he elaborated on the possible transaction that did not materialize. Dash maintained that the offer had indeed been made by the Canadian MC, but that he then pulled out of the deal for whatever obscure reasons.
“Drake did put a bid in for $6 million, but then he disappeared. I don’t know what happened,” he said. “But other than that, no one was serious. No one wanted that shit, period.”
