Hitmaka shares his thoughts about Kendrick Lamar’s new album, GNX, dubbing it a classic. The platinum-selling producer took to Instagram stories to write: “This is the first album I’ve played top 2 bottom & I’m so happy I did. A classic [umbrella emoji].”
Kendrick Lamar’s exceptional 2024 comes to a grand exit with the GNX. He believably triumphed in the perennial rap argument against Drake and J. Cole, dominated this summer with his Grammy-nominated single “Not Like Us” and then reached the zenith of his career by securing a performance at the upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Kendrick also brought together a hundred neighborhoods on one stage at the historic Pop-Out concert that took place in Los Angeles. All this was done under the radar, letting the music bark “loud” before any audience.
