Jamie’s health is improving in the hospital
Jamie Foxx has been in the hospital for around two weeks now, but his undisclosed condition is improving, according to a Friday (April 21) report by People. Sources close to the singer say he’s “awake and alert” and that doctors are keeping an eye and running tests on him.
“He’s OK, thank God,” the sources said, per the outlet. “He’s still in the hospital and doctors are running tests but he’s awake and alert. They’re keeping him under observation.”
During the Hollywood Walk Of Fame ceremony on Thursday where he was awarded a star, actor Martin Lawrence also told EXTRA that Jamie Fox is doing better. “Well, I hear he’s doing better,” Lawrence said. “My prayers go out for him every night and just wishing the best for him, one of the best that we got in Hollywood. Not only one of the best entertainers, but a good person.”
