Lil Wayne bought the home for $17 million in 2018
Lil Wayne is selling his Miami mansion for a whopping $29.5 million, according to a report by The Real Deal. The price is around 75 percent more than the $17 million he paid for the property in 2018.
The home boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and two half baths. It covers 10,632 square-feet with more than half an acre lot, 110 feet of water frontage, a pool and cabana. It also has a movie theater, a wine-cellar, and 22-foot ceilings.
Constructed by home developer Laurent Harrari in 2017, the mansion is located at 6480 Allison Road on Allison Island.
