Lupe is now a fellow at Yale University
Lupe Fiasco continues to earn himself academic titles. This week, the lyricist was named a Saybrook fellow at Yale University. The announcement was made by the University’s dean via twitter. “Prof. @LupeFiasco welcome to the Saybrook family,” the dean wrote, before Lupe replied with an appreciative comment.
Earlier this week, Lupe also became an MLK Visiting Professor at MIK.
Since bursting into the limelight in mid 2000s, Lupe has established himself as one of the most intellectual rappers with his conscious lyricism.
