Pharrell faces suit from P!nk & Victoria’s Secret
Pharrell Williams finds himself in a legal battle against P!nk thanks to his new venture, P.Inc. Per HipHopDX, the “What About Us” singer’s legal team argues that Skateboard P’s use of the trademark will mess with her bussiness dealings.
P!nk’s suit states that Pharrell’s trademark will “likely to cause confusion, mistake and/or deception amongst consumers.”
Victoria’s Secret also filed their own motion claiming that P.Inc will have the same effect on their atleisure products.
