Take’s suspected killer was arrested in December and later posted bond
The suspect accused of fatally shooting Takeoff last October has been indicted in the murder case. Per ABC 13, 33-year-old Patrick Xavier Clark was formally hit with the murder charge by a Texas grand jury on Thursday (May 25).
Clark was arrested in December and found in his possession was a large amount of cash, an expedited passport, and a Mexico itinerary. His lawyer Letitia Quinones-Hollins argued that Clark was scheduled for a trip to Mexico but changed his plans in the last minute.
In January, he posted a $1M bond and was placed under house arrest.
