Police believe PnB Rock’s killer will try to get the stolen jewelry off their hands to evade arrest
LAPD detectives have their sleeves rolled up in the effort to catch PnB Rock’s killer. According to a report by TMZ on Tuesday (September 13), the cops have alerted local pawn shops to be on the lookout for anyone with the jewelry stolen from Rock during the armed robbery that turned out deadly.
Law enforcement also say they’ve talked to Rock’s close associates to know what kind of jewelry was stolen from him. Authorities told the publication that they “are confident they’ll make an arrest.”
The cops believe the perpetrator targeted Rock using info from social media posts. Rock had shared a video of him rocking expensive jewelry on Instagram that fateful day. His girlfriend had also shared their location moments before the shooting.
Blurry footage of the whole incident is reportedly available but cops are looking for more camera angles to identify the suspect’s getaway car.
