Chief Keef coined the term “Thot.” On may 11, 2013, Chief Keef tweeted “THOTS” he then added “Thot = That Hoe Over There Thots = Them Hoes Over There.” The word ‘Thot’ became really popularized when Chief Keef released his single “Love No Thotties.” on September 19, 2013. The word “Thot” means “That Hoe Over There.”
