    AJ Tracey announces his biggest headline show to date

    Rounding off his impressive year in spectacular fashion will be UK rapper AJ Tracey who has announced details of his biggest headline show.

    The West London performer will be coming “live and direct” from London’s prestigious Alexandra Place on Saturday November the 9th Sharing the news via social media, he said “You lot gave me the biggest year of my career so now I’m gonna give you the biggest show of my life” and in video to his announcement described his love show as “an experience.”

    AJ’s upcoming performance at the 10,400 capacity venue, follows his recent huge performances at festivals such as TRNSMT, Reading and Leeds Festival.

    The hip hop artist has been one of 2019’s biggest success stories with the release of his Top 3 self titled debut album, and the ongoing success of his standout single “Ladbroke Grove.”

    Tickets to the one-off show will be available from Friday at 10am, and to get yourself into the mood you can watch his mammoth performance of “Ladbroke Grove” from Reading and Leeds fest below.

    AJ Tracey and Jorja Smith team up for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge

    Two of the UK’s finest artists – singer Jorja Smith and rapper AJ Tracey, came together for a special performance on BBC Radio 1 last week.

    Jorja had just recently brought out the West London rapper during her spectacular Glastonbury performance, for his hit “Ladbroke Grove” – which partly samples “Wandering Romance.”

    Fans went crazy incidentally, so it was only correct that AJ returned the favour. During their Live Lounge appearance , the pair recreated their earlier performance before surprising fans with blistering rendition of 2000 garage anthem “Flowers” by Sweet Female Attitude.

    The reaction to their cover has been so overwhelming, that AJ himself has acknowledged the demand for a studio version. Whilst we await more music from the dynamic duo, re-watch both Live Lounge performances below.

    21 year old rapper Dave, nicknamed ‘Santan Dave’ brought the heat to Glastonbury’s The Other Stage on Sunday Night. The South London’s powerful one hour set encapsulated the many different sides of the performer we’ve grown to know and love. The vulnerability and storytelling in his music is what sets him apart from peers, and standouts of the performance included the haunting “Psycho” and the emotional “Black.”

    OG Fans will know of Dave and AJ Tracey’s 2016 linkup “Thiago Silva” which is named after the Brazilian footballer. The rapid grime banger, is a live favourite and performed often by each artist at their respective shows.

    Dave shared his big moment by inviting superfan Alex on stage, to perform alongside him and absolute carnage ensued.
