    Bad Bunny sued by ex-girlfriend over “Pa Ti” and “Dos Mil 16”

    Bunny facing $40M lawsuit

    Latin rapper Bad Bunny is being sued by his ex girlfriend Carliz De La Cruz Hernández for $40M over the hit records “Pa Ti” and “Dos Mil 16.” According to Associated Press, De La Cruz Hernández claims that her recording “Bad Bunny baby,” which she calls “indistinguishable” contribution, were used without her permission. She adds that the vocals have as well been used in “promotions, worldwide concerts, television, radio and social and musical platforms.”

    The suit, which was filed this month, states: “Since then, thousands of people have commented directly on Carliz’s social media networks, as well as every time she goes to a public place, about the ‘Bad Bunny, baby.’ This has caused, and currently causes, that De La Cruz Hernández feels worried, anguished, intimidated, overwhelmed and anxious.”

    The 63rd GRAMMY Awards will air Sunday, March 14

    The full performer list for the 2021 GRAMMY Awards Show, officially known as the 63rd GRAMMY Awards has been announced. Performers include Bad Bunny, Black Pumas, Cardi B, BTS, Brandi Carlile, DaBaby, Doja Cat, Billie Eilish, Mickey Guyton, Haim, Brittany Howard, Miranda Lambert, Lil Baby, Dua Lipa, Chris Martin, John Mayer, Megan Thee Stallion, Maren Morris, Post Malone, Roddy Ricch, Harry Styles, and Taylor Swift. According to Recording Academy, artists will be coming together to perform music that brings us together as a community.


    The 63rd GRAMMY Awards will be hosted by Trevor Noah and presented by CBS and Recording Academy. It will be airing live on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT on CBS Television Network and also available for live streaming and on-demand on Paramount+.     PARTYNEXTDOOR announced that his album would be out in January, but pushed the album back to February, as he’s working on perfecting it. He released a two-pack that featured the songs “The News” and “Loyal” with Drake.
