    Isaiah Rashad is getting his fans ready to consume what he has to offer on his next album. The rapper recently performed in Dallas as part of his Cilvia Demo 10th anniversary tour where he shared an update on the upcoming project.

    “I might change the title of it but I’m working on my fourth project,” Zay told the crowd. “I don’t know, like, probably later on this year. Most likely.”

    While announcing the anniversary tour in December, the TDE rapper revealed that he was halfway into the album. “Half of way thru the 4rth one..: gotta give thx to the 1st one…Gotta give thx to the folks (yall) thats been holding it down 4r the last ten years,” he shared on Instagram.

    Rashad could also be working on his next album

    Isaiah Rashad wants to mark the 10th anniversary of his breakout project Cilvia Demo in style. This week, the TDE signee announced that he’d be going on tour in January for his day-one fans. He unveiled part of the tour dates and revealed that tickets will be available for purchase on Ticketmaster Friday (December 15).

    “Half of way thru the 4rth one..: gotta give thx to the 1st one…Gotta give thx to the folks (yall) thats been holding it down 4r the last ten years,” he captioned the Instagram post. “Got some vinyls for the folks that love Cilvia damn near more than I do… (that’s up 4r debate).”

    He added, “Gotta do a few shows 4r the folks that grew with me and watched me grow up. Thru the good n bad. The messy n the sunny. I love yall. Happy Anniverary to us and Cilvia. See yall in January. Tickets on sale Friday.”

    Isiah Rashad gets some love from his city

    Tennessee rapper Isaiah Rashad was performing at the Bonnaroo Festival where Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly awarded him with the key to the city as well as his own day dubbed ‘’Isaiah Rashad Day’’ which is June 17.

    “You are an inspiration to this crowd, to the world, to this city, and so I wanted to present you with a key to the city of Chattanooga,” Kelly told Zay before giving him the plaques. The rapper then replied, “I got a fucking day, y’all!’’

    Over the past couple of years, the TDE rapper has established himself as a one of a kind artist thanks to his acclaimed projects, The House Is Burning, The Sun’s Tirade, and Cilvia Demo.

    Isaiah Rashad Joel McClain was born on May 16, 1991. He’s from Chattanooga, TN, and got his start rapping in high school. He was part of the 2012 Smoker’s Club Tour with Juicy J and others. He signed to Top Dawg in 2013. He was part of the 2014 XXL Freshman Class. His albums The Sun’s Tirade and The House is Burning are his best performing releases. He has three children.

    Rashad self-identified as sexually fluid after he was outed with two sex tapes in 2022. His past mental health issues were of concern but he addressed the situation with Joe Budden and during his Coachella set.

    Isaiah Rashad named his debut studio album ‘Cilvia Demo’ after his 1995 Honda Civic.

    On January 28, 2014, Isaiah Rashad released his project Cilvia Demo under TDE. During a now-deleted interview on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, Rashad talked about his hometown Chattanooga, TN, his ’95 Honda Civic which he named Cilvia, moving to Los Angeles, his inspirations, almost selling drugs, moving to LA, and more. He described how he named his debut critically acclaimed project after his old hooptie, his 1995 Honda Civic.

    Isaiah Rashad had previously rapped about the car on his 2012 song “Gusto” saying “I just ride around in my Bentley, it’s a Civic” and on 2013’s Part III saying “I probably made a baby off in that Honda Civic, After I dropped my baby off in that Honda Civic”.

    In a 2014 feature with Pitchfork, Isaiah Rashad told them, “I like to write in the car.”, which he refers to his 1995 Honda Civic.

    Isiah Rashad addresses the alleged Kendrick Lamar beef

    TDE rapper Isaiah Rashad recently stopped by Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club where he addressed the allegations that he dissed his label mate Kendrick Lamar. 

    The rapper explains that the message he tweeted shortly after the “Humble” rapper revealed his TDE departure wasn’t directed towards him. 

    “I found [Kendrick was leaving TDE] after n-ggas said I was dissing him,” the Tennessee rapper explained. “I was on the way to my kid’s birthday party on Saturday, and me and her mom had had a little verbal whatever, and I knew that I couldn’t really say anything that I wanted to say, so I said it on Twitter for a second, and I’m forgetting that n-ggas are watching me, so I deleted it. Not about him but I’m like damn, she’s actually going to see this and it’s kinda mean.”

    Rashad’s tweet that fans had thought to be Kendrick’s diss read, “everybody emotional. u not that special. quit embarrassing us,” he later deleted the tweet. 

    “N-gga can’t eem subtweet his ex in peace,” Rashad wrote in another tweet.

    Isaiah Rashad continues to roll out music videos from his latest album, The House Is Burning. On Wednesday (August 11), the Tennessee rapper shared the official visuals for the Lil Uzi Vert-assisted “From the Garden.” 

    The video is directed and edited by Orman Jones, the video is an almost even combination of color and black & white shots, with the latter mostly apparent during Uzi’s verse.

    Isaiah unleashed his sophomore studio album The House Is Burning on July 30, which turns out to be his first Top 10 album. The project debuted at number 7 on Billboard 200, selling 41 000 album-equivalent units in its first week of release. These numbers are a result of the 49.89 million streams (36 000 SEA units) the project received and the 5 000 pure copies that were sold.

    The 16-track effort featured Lil Uzi Vert, Jay Rock, SZA, 6LACK, Duke Deuce, and Smino.

    Isaiah returns from album hiatus with ‘The House Is Burning’

    Isaiah Rashad drops off his first album since 2016, The House Is Burning on Friday (July 30). The impressive body of work is packed with sixteen total records, with guest appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Jay Rock, Duke Deuce, Smino, Amindi, Jay Worthy, SZA, 6lack, YGTUT, Donechii, and Kal Banx. Production on the album is handled by the likes of Kenny Beats, Devin Malik, Kal Banx, Hollywood Cole, J. LBS, Henry Was, Amaire Johnson, Tiggi, and more.

    Rashad’s new release is also TDE’s first project this year. Fans are now hoping this is the beginning of the record label’s comeback, with the expectations that the likes of Kendrick Lamar and Ab-Soul might follow suit and drop their albums soon.
