Ak Apologizes for Inflammatory Remarks on Infidelity Rumors

Akademiks has quickly backpedaled on his controversial statement about Drake allegedly helping LeBron James cheat on his wife. The media personality had sparked outrage after spreading unverified rumors on his Rumble channel, where he claimed that Drake used to “supply” women for LeBron during his visits to Toronto.

During a follow-up conversation with Kai Cenat on his Twitch stream, Akademiks apologized and retracted his previous remarks. “I fuck with Bron. I kinda feel bad. I went back online and was like, ‘Yo, I’m seeing so many people mad at me. If y’all wanna go with everything I said was cap, I’ll go with that,’” he said, expressing regret for his words.

He further added, “We love LeBron. That’s one of our national icons, so we gotta hold down his legacy. Everything I said was cap, this shit is not real.”

Despite the apology, Akademiks still claimed that Drake, along with others, had already “half told on” LeBron regarding his alleged infidelity, although no concrete evidence was provided for these assertions.

The original claims, made just days before, had stirred major backlash as Akademiks insinuated that LeBron’s visits to Canada involved infidelity facilitated by Drake.
