    BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge Month has featured performance from a host of artists such as Anderson Paak, Little Simz and Mark Ronson.

    Today’s special guest was “Vossi Bop” hitmaker Stormzy who gave a special 3 track performance at London’s Maida Vale Studios – full band in tow.

    The talented musician never ceases to amaze with his dynamic live performance and continues to show why he’s at the top of the game.

    The tracks which he performed were hits “Crown” and “Sounds Of The Skeng” and a passionate cover of Beyoncé’s “Brown Skin Girl” alongside vocalist Stalk Ashley.

    Stormzy is back with another banger, just a few days after he dropped his video to “Sounds Of The Skeng.”

    The fiery track pays homage to British MC Wiley, who recently had a pop at the remix of “Take Me Back To London” (which Stormzy appears on) calling it “weird” for Ed Sheeran to be making grime music.

    One of the most consistent artists in the game is back with yet another banger. With the help of Sir Spyro on production duties, Stormzy has upped the ante with the third single from his upcoming album.

    Stormzy’s hard hard hitting “Sounds Of The Skeng” has the South London MC in lyrical beastmode and at the top of his game, yet again.

    Stormzy teases new release

    It’s been a quite the year in music for UK superstar Stormzy. The grime heavyweight dropped his PLATINUM comeback single “Vossi Bop” in April before his historical Glastonbury headline set just a few months later.

    The star also dropped the heartfelt “Crown” as the second single from his upcoming album, and featured on Ed Sheeran‘s “Take Me Back To London.”

    The hitmaker, seems to be teasing something new in his latest Instagram post is anything to go by.

    It’s easy to mistake Stormzy, as some sort of amateur boxer in the picture above, and as the caption reads, #SoundsOfTheSkeng is coming on the 6th September.

    Whether it be a single, an album, a visual of some sort is anybody’s guess. Fans have even speculated, that what’s coming is a dig at British Boxer Anthony Joshua, was just photographed working with his ex girlfriend Maya Jama.

    Watch Dave live it up in his music video for “Location” ft. Burna Boy

    UK rapper Dave has at long lasted unveiled the video to his new single “Location” featuring Afro-fusion artist Burna Boy. The feel good track is a fan favourite taken from his debut album Psychodrama released in March, and has become somewhat of an unofficial summer anthem.

    The visuals follow the artist on his recent trip to Stormzy’s #MERKY Festival in Ibiza, an ironic foreshadowing of this tweet.

    Depending on your summer plans, the video will either get you in the mood or in your holiday blues. Either way, enjoy the video below and watch out for cameos from artists such as Stormzy, J Hus and Jorja Smith.
