Jay Cooper Shares His Pride Gift on Instagram
Boosie Badazz surprised his openly gay tour manager, Jay Cooper, with a Christmas gift representing the LGBTQ community—a bracelet filled with rainbow diamonds.
Cooper expressed his gratitude in an Instagram post: “Boosie asked what I wanted for Christmas, and I said something to represent the LGBTQ community… This is what I got. #ChristmasWithPride #Diamondsare4Ever #LGBTQLove.”
Boosie has previously used Cooper as evidence that he is not homophobic, following backlash over controversial statements about the LGBTQ community. In a past Instagram video, Boosie defended himself, saying, “This is my tour manager, he takes care of a lot of business, that’s Jay Cooper. He go get the money right there. People don’t understand, Jay, that I have nothing against gay people… You make half my money!”
