Tupac Shakur was once arrested and charged after shooting two off-duty police officers in Atlanta at the age of 22 on Halloween.
Tupac had a show that night at Clark Atlanta University and on his way back he saw two men(Mark and Scott Whitwell) fighting a black man and Tupac got involved. Things escalated and Tupac shot one of the officers in his ass and the other in the abdomen. Tupac was arrested in his hotel after and charged, However, his charges were dropped after information came out that the officers were drunk and in possession of stolen weapons.
One of the officers Mark Whitwell was charged with firing at Tupac’s car and later lying to the police in the investigation.
