King Von shows appreciation for Lil Durk

Chicago rapper King Von has come a long way. Straight from Chiraq, Von has dealt with all that comes with street life. He has been in and out of jail and has even beat a murder case. He has also dealt with loss of close friends to gang violence which is heavily infested in Chicago.

After beating a homicide case in 2017, the 3 AM rapper decided to focus on establishing his rap career. Luckily, fellow Chicago rapper and neighborhood friend Lil Durk was there for him and signed the self-proclaimed ‘Grandson’ to OTF records. Since then, King Von has steadily been growing bigger, gaining new fans everyday.

The Took Her To The O rapper recognizes the role Durkio has played in his flourishing career. He recently took to Instagram to show Smurkio some love during his (Durk) 28th birthday with a long caption, which he later edited to a shorter one. “One of my top 5 people in the world love you Twin.♥️ @lildurk.” read the post with a photo of the two.

King Von is gearing up to drop his third studio album Welcome To OBlock in about two weeks. His latest single I am What I am with Fivio Foreign has already been viewed 4.8 million times and counting on YouTube since its release a week ago.
