NBA YoungBoy’s cover art for the project has been revealed
NBA Youngboy is known for his rapid output of new music and it’s the norm for him to drop multiple projects in a single year. The Baton Rouge native is already kicking off the year with a brand new mixtape titled, Colors, which drops this Friday (January 14).
On Wednesday (January 12), Youngboy’s record engineer Jason “Cheese” Goldberg shared on Instagram the mixtape artwork designed by graphic artist Trill Graphix, who’s previously worked with Youngboy himself and the likes of Toosii, Bleu, Yungeen Ace, Fredo Bang, and more. The artwork was also shared on the rapper’s label Never Broke Again LLC’s Instagram page.
“Colors Mixtape Friday,” Jason captioned the mixtape cover. “NBA YoungBoy • Colors • Project dropping Friday,” Trill Graphix added on his page. “Official Art by me.”
The project will mark Youngboy’s 16th solo mixtape (20th, including collab mixtapes). It follows up his joint tape with Birdman, From the Bayou, that dropped in December 2021. As of now, there are no further details about the mixtape including tracklisting, features, and production credits.
