Herb's co-conspirator enters plea deal
One of G Herbo's co-conspirators in the federal fraud case Antonio Strong enters a plea deal. Per PBS, Strong pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and four counts of wire fraud in Massachusetts.
Back in 2023, Herb also pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of making a false statement to a federal official and consequently, several charges were dropped including aggravated identity theft.
Swervo was sentenced to three years of probation in January and ordered to pay $5,500 in fine as well as $139,878 in restitution.
