Hit-Boy would also work with Tupac & Biggie as well as Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Roddy Ricch, and more

Producer Hit-Boy had an incredibly prosperous 2021, and clearly, he is looking forward to another successful year. The producer recently appeared on HotNewHipHop’s January digital cover story, where he explored multiple topics including his ambition to work on full-length albums with Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and others.

Hit-Boy was discussing producing Cordae’s collab with Wayne: “Sinister,” before he spilled out his dreams to work with the New Orleans lyricist. “It’s dope. It’s especially dope for Cordae as a rapper who just came in and is respected on a rap level to go back and forth with Wayne on a song. That’s heavy,” he said.

“As far as me, I’m trying to do a Wayne album! One song is cool, but we’ve got a song that’s four times platinum, bro,” he said, referring to Wayne’s “Drop the World” featuring Eminem. “Pull up. You know what I’m saying? Simple math,” he added.

The multi-platinum producer also revealed that he’d be down to work with the late Tupac & Biggie, as well as Jay Z, and modern rap stars like Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Roddy Ricch, and others.

“I’ll do an album with Tupac or Biggie, that would be crazy. Right now, Jay-Z. That would be crazy too. Drake, Kendrick, Roddy [Ricch], send me whoever and they’re going to be straight,” Hit-Boy told HNHH.
