‘Graduation’ is Kanye’s first album to spend four years on Billboard 200
Kanye West hits a new Billboard milestone with his third studio album, Graduation, 15 years after its release. According to Chart Data, the 5× platinum album has now spent four years on Billboard 200 Chart, making it Ye’s first album to chart for that long.

The album, which completed a trilogy that started with Ye’s first two albums, was released in September 2007 with guest appearances from the likes of Dwele, T-Pain, Lil Wayne, Mos Def, DJ Premier, and Coldplay’s Chris Martin.
The project opened the first week at the top of Billboard 200 with 957,000 copies sold in the U.S. It featured singles such as “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” “Stronger,” “Good Life,” and “Flash Lights,” which was recently certified 4× platinum by RIAA.
