The mixtape will arrive on streaming platforms next Wednesday (April 29)

There’s a handful of mixtapes that come to rap fans’ minds when the conversation of “what albums should be on streaming platforms” comes up. Wale’s More About Nothing mixtape is one of them.

The 2012 mixtape is officially coming to streaming services — 12 years later. Wale teased a trailer of the re-release on Twitter.

“Thank Jerry Seinfeld,” he tweeted as a follow-up. “That guy made all the calls to clear so much.”

Jerry Seinfeld narrated the mixtape, based on scenarios and portions from his infamous show, Seinfeld. The tape ultimately led to Wale’s signing at Rick Ross’ MMG imprint.

The mixtape was released on August 3, 2010. The project even featured one of Wale’s most prominent records, “No Hands” with Rosco Dash and Waka Flocka Flame.
