The Weeknd tops Spotify’s monthly listeners for the 10th time with 78.284 million. This makes him the first artist to emerge atop the platform’s monthly listeners 10 different times.
In January, Weeknd knocked Justin Bieber out of the top spot of Spotify monthly listeners when he hit 85 million listeners. This was after he released his album, Dawn FM. Bieber had been reigning for 190 days, but still holds an all-time high of 94 million monthly listeners.
Some of Abel’s most streamed songs on Spotify include “Blinding Nights,” “Starboy,” and “Save Your Tears,” which have hit over 3.2, 2.0, and 1.2 billion spins respectively.
