Hov will reportedly play a part in producing RiRi’s Super Bowl halftime show

As Rihanna gears up for her Super Bowl LVII halftime show, details emerge that Jay-Z will be by her side in setting up the show. Per a report by CapitalFM, Hov, who’s been helping in putting together Super Bowl halftime shows since 2019 with his Roc Nation company, will help RiRi with the show coming next month.

Jay-Z helped put Rihanna onto the limelight when he signed her to Def Jam in 2005. Hov was the label’s boss at the time.

“Rihanna is a generational talent, a woman of humble beginnings who has surpassed expectations at every turn,” Hov said in a statement in 2022. “A person born on the small island of Barbados who became one of the most prominent artists ever. Self-made in business and entertainment.”
