Ticketmaster facing lawsuit over Drake’s tour ticket prices

Drake and 21 Savage’s tour It’s A Blur is set to begin this summer and tickets are already on sale. Per Toronto Star, someone is filing a class-action lawsuit against Ticketmaster for lying about prices in order to cash in extra money from customers. The man claims he paid $789.54 for two “platinum seats” for the July 24 show, but after Drake announced a second show, the same seats were priced at $350 for the next show.

Filed by LPC Advocat. Inc., the suit states that Ticketmaster “intentionally misleads consumers for their own financial gain.” It adds that Ticketmaster knew about Drizzy’s two performances but deliberately “concealed this information” to benefit from extra cash.
