Pac’s classic album hits new streaming level

2Pac’s iconic album Eyez On Me is getting major spins on streaming platforms despite being released during the physical copies era.

According to reports, it has become the first album from 1996 to garner 3b streams on Spotify. Other worthy albums from that year include JAY-Z’s Reasonable Doubt, which has 200m streams albeit it became available on the platform in 2019. Nas’ It Was Written has earned 550m and Fugees’ The Score 1b streams.
