The witness had been granted immunity

A witness in the YSL RICO case named Lil Woody, who’s a Young Thug associate, was tossed in jail after he refused to take the stand against the Bussines Is Bussines rapper, Fox 5 Atlanta reported. Woody had been offered immunity if he testified.

Woody invoked his Fifth Ammendment right to self-incrimination even for questions about his age and Judge Ural Glanville ordered him to be held in willful contempt until Monday (June 10). To counter this, Thugger’s attorney Brian Steel filed for a mistrial.
