Weezy threatens to destroy whoever messes with him
Kendrick Lamar’s new surprise album GNX has stirred quite widespread reaction, not just for the hard-hitting tracks; but also his remarks about Lil Wayne’s disappointment of being snubbed of Super Bowl Halftime performance for the Compton rapper.
In a post on Saturday, November 23, Weezy F. Baby took issue with Kendrick’s lyrical content on the “wacced out murals,” and rightfully so.
On he record, K-Dot spits: “Used to bump ‘Tha Carter 3,’ I held my Rollie chain proud/ Irony, I think my hard work let Lil Wayne down/ Whatever, though, call me crazy, everybody questionable/ Turn me to an Eskimo, I drew the line and decimals.”
He continues: “Won the Super Bowl and Nas the only one congratulate me/ All these n-ggas agitated, I’m just glad they showed they faces/ Quite frankly, plenty artists but they outdated/ Old-ass flows, tryna convince me that you they favorite/ This is not for lyricists, I swear it’s not the sentiments/ Fuck a double entendre, I want y’all to feel this shit.”
Weezy later took to X to address the name-drop, urging people to “let this giant sleep” lest they will face destruction.
“Man wtf I do?!” Tunechi wrote. “I just be chillin & dey still kome 4 my head. Let’s not take kindness for weakness. Let this giant sleep. I beg u all. No one really wants destruction, not even me but I shall destroy if disturbed. On me. Love.”
