Meg finds herself in middle of another legal situation

Megan Thee Stallion is once again at the center of a legal storm, as a new 54-page lawsuit amendment filed by her former photographer, Emilio Garcia, has brought forth more serious claims. In documents obtained by Legal Affairs and Trials, Garcia has added 10 new allegations against the Houston rapper, including accusations of being misclassified as an independent contractor and physical abuse during a hotel stay in 2022.

Among the most shocking claims is Garcia’s allegation that Megan had a sexual encounter with another woman in front of him, an incident he says she references in a track on her October 2024 album, Megan: Act II. Garcia points to the lyrics in “Best Friend,” asserting that Megan “relished” in the public exposure of the private moment.

Megan’s legal team has vehemently denied the accusations, calling them an attempt by Garcia to exploit a wage dispute for public attention and to damage her reputation. They have since filed motions to dismiss the case based on jurisdictional issues.

Garcia’s lawyer, Ron Zambrano, stands firm, accusing Megan of criminal behavior and insisting that the truth will prevail in court. The legal battle is far from over, with the case now moved to New York.
