Rallying for Recovery: Fans Show Love for Madlib After Devastating Loss
Madlib has expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support following the destruction of his house, record collection, and music equipment during the recent L.A. wildfires.
On January 13, the producer and his manager, Stacy Epps, launched an online fundraiser titled “Help Madlib and His Family Rebuild After Tragic Loss.”
A week later, Madlib’s official Instagram account posted an update thanking fans for their love and support. “It truly has helped Madlib get through one of the most challenging periods in his life,” the post read. The fundraiser remains open for donations.
Additionally, the message hinted at “an important tribute and charity project coming soon” and tagged the Instagram account @madlovela, which is described as “Service & Community Support by Madlib.”
Fans continue to rally behind the legendary producer as he works to rebuild and move forward.
