Rocky to become part of football club ownership
A$AP Rocky is said to be considering an investment in a British football club together with his current lawyer, Joe Tacopina, who is also reportedly representing him in a gun case.
According to British outlet The Sun, the Harlem rapper is becoming a part of an investment fund to buy a share in the League Two club Tranmere Rovers. The group led by Tacopina is in talks to purchase 80% of the club based in Birkenhead for a little above $16 million. The claims also declare that Rocky is “committed” about the deal and will be attending matches, with Tacopina hoping to cash in on the opportunity to promote the club and generate its income.
