Bardi’s debut album hits a new milestone in sales

Cardi B’s debut studio release, Invasion Of Privacy, is officially eligible for 5x platinum certification as it has earned 5 million album-equivalent units across the US, Chart Data reported on Sunday (November 6). Back in March, all the 13 tracks on the album were certified platinum or north of that.

The 2018 blockbuster was released through Atlantic Records and featured Migos, Chance the Rapper, Kehlani, SZA, 21 Savage, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, and YG. It boasted production from the likes of 30 Roc, Andrew Watt, Benny Blanco, Boi-1da, Craig Kallman, Cubeatz, DJ Mustard, Frank Dukes, J. White Did It, Keyz, Murda Beatz, Needlz, Tainy, Vinylz, and more.

The album saw a prosperous opening week with 255k album units sold, 103k coming from pure copies and that sent it atop the charts.
