Kodak Black was pulled over in Florida and arrested on Friday (July 15) for possession of 30+ oxy pills and several over $70,000 in cash. He was released on $75,000 bail and as being charged with trafficking. His Durango was pulled over for expired tags and tints and then the pills and cash were discovered.
This isn’t Black’s first run-in with the law. In 2019 his sentence for a firearm offense was commuted on President Trump’s last day in office. He’s also faced sexual abuse allegations and his rap sheet stretches back to 2015 with charges ranging from marijuana possession to kidnapping.
He’s seen recent success as a featured artist on Kendrick Lamar’s latest album.
