Drake and Savage taken to court over fake Vogue cover

Drake and 21 Savage have found themselves in legal trouble after Vogue Magazine filed a lawsuit against them for making a fake cover of the publication. Drizzy and 21 had created a fake Vogue cover to promote their new joint album, Her Loss, but they also did the same the with the Saturday Night Show, Tiny Desk Concert, as well as The Howard Stern Show, and they all have not confronted the “Rich Flex” duo.

According to TMZ, the suit accuses Drake and 21 of staging a fabricated Vogue cover to promote their album, consequently misleading the public that a collaboration between them and the media company is on the way. The company claims some fake copies ended up in the streets after an email blast from Drake and 21 promised there would be circulation.

Condé Nast, the mother company of Vogue, says the publication and its editor-in-chief Anna Wintour “have not endorsed [“Her Loss”] in any way.” They demand Drizzy and 21 to seize using the fake cover and want at least $4 million in compensation.
