CLB will be out soon enough, as Drake states

Fans are running out of patience for Drake’s Certified Lover Boy album. The 34-year-old artist has been teasing the project long enough, and he has now confirmed that it won’t be long before it drops.

On Saturday (June 12),  Drizzy sat down at an interview at the Ultimate Rap League’s Night of Main Events XI (NOME XI), where he ascertained that CLB will hit the shelves before the summer ends. This was after he was asked if he will be able to attend the Reed Dollaz versus Murda Mook rap battle, which Tsu Surf told him will happen on the verge of summer.

“Yeah, my album will be out by then,” Drake replied, confirming that he’ll be able to attend the rap battle. Unfortunately, that was the only update the rapper could reveal.

Certified Lover Boy is Drake’s sixth studio album, and follows his 2018 LP, Scorpion. The “What’s Next” rapper dropped off his fourth extended play, Scary Hours 2 in March, which served as an appetizer for the upcoming album.
