Drake and Future’s “Life Is Good” levels up again

In early January, Future dropped the monstrous hit “Life Is Good” featuring Drake. It debuted at number two on the Billboard Hot 200 album chart and it is Future’s highest charting record. As of today (October 14), the track’s video has been viewed 1.1B times on YouTube. Due to the heavy rotation of the song throughout the ten months, Future and Drake have been raking plaques on plaques with the song. “Life Is Good” has been certified 7× platinum in the US by RIAA.

Late last year Future and Drake were spotted filming a music video inside a McDonald’s. It was obvious to the fans that some new music was coming from the two multi-platinum selling somebodies. Champagnepapi & Pluto collaborated several times and even A Time To Be Alive joint-mixtape in 2015. Getting music from them wasn’t a surprise per se.

Trippie Redd’s fourth commercial mixtape A Love Letter To You 4 has also been certified gold after selling 500 000 copies in the US. Internet Money’s Lemonade featuring Gunna, Don Toliver and Nav has sold 1 000 000 units in America, meaning it has attained platinum status. Stay tuned for more news on music certifications.
