Judge in Gunna’s RICO case threatens to arrest his family during hearing

Gunna’s family is not happy with case progress

Gunna recently filed a bond for the fourth time after previously being denied three times. A clip surfaced online this week showing one of the hearings where Judge Ural D. Glanville asked the rapper’s family to leave the courtroom if they felt like they’d “make inappropriate comments” or “outbursts,” cause he’d have them arrested.

“The only thing I can potentially do, like I said, I will try the case as expeditiously as possible,” Judge Glanville said while explaining the progress of the case. “But at this point in time, I don’t find any change in circumstances that would move me from changing my decision as to bond.”

He then continued, “If anybody’s in the gallery, and you can’t otherwise control yourself or you want to make inappropriate comments, then you can leave at this point in time. No harm will come or nothing else will occur.”

As people started getting off their seats to leave, the judge added with a higher tone, “But if you remain in this courtroom and make any outbursts, I’ll have you arrested.”
