Ye and Adidas come to agreement without going to court

and have settled down their legal row which ensued in 2022 when Adidas pulled out from associating with West due to alleged anti-Semitism by the latter. It was reported on Tuesday (Oct 29) by Reuters that the parties opted for an amicable resolution without going to court.

“Both parties said we don’t need to fight anymore and withdrew all the claims,” Adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden stated, according to Complex. “The agreement didn’t include any payments. No one owes anybody anything anymore. So whatever was is history.

“There were tensions on many issues, and… when you put the claims on the right side and you put the claims on the left side, both parties said we don’t need to fight anymore and withdrew all the claims,”
