Lawyer uses slang word while conserving with judge

As the YSL RICO case drags on, a hearing was held on Monday (April 17) where a lawyer named Justin Hill, per Complex, representing a defendant, used the slang word “cap” while speaking to Judge Ural Glanville during the court session.

“So, I will start by saying that this assertion that I did not pre-argument,” Hill told the judge who interjected saying: “Don’t worry about that, okay? Because I’d have to do it anyway. So, don’t even worry about that.”

Lawyer Hill then continued: “I was just saying, it’s not true. It’s cap, to be honest.”
