Lil Wayne’s OG Carter 5, out this Friday (9/25)
“OG CV DROPPING 9/25,” Young Money’s Instagram page wrote, celebrating early as Young Money’s president, Mack Maine, gifted Lil Wayne a McLaren.
During Wayne’s feud with Birdman and Cash Money, Wayne recorded a completely different version of Tha Carter 5, than what was released to the public in 2018, one day after Wayne celebrated his 35th birthday.
The original version of Tha Carter 5 will be dropping this Friday, the weekend of Wayne’s birthday. It has not been made clear who will be featured on the album, but as the week moves, hopefully more details will be released.
