Yachty opens up about his opinion on Hov’s rapping skills

Lil Yachty recently appeared on the Fragrant podcast where the host pointed out that Jay-Z was missing on his dream collab list. In response, Boat revealed he only just had a taste of some of Hov’s classic albums: The Black Album & Reasonable Doubt, but he appreciates the New York icon’s writing prowess.

“I listened to The Black Album for the first time like three days ago,” Yachty explained. “And then I listened to Reasonable Doubt. Aaaand – I think that the Reasonable Doubt album was better in my opinion. He’s an insane lyricist. I’m not a big fan of like, De La production – that type, that sound.”

He added, “But I think he’s sick. I think the shit he talks about is like shit most people never actually get to experience in life.”
