Judge Orders Megan Thee Stallion’s Photographer to Cover Her Legal Fees After Lawsuit
Megan Thee Stallion scores a notable triumph in the lawsuit filed against her by her photographer Emilio Garcia, who accused her of confining him inside a car while getting cozy with another woman and later claiming that he was subjected to a hostile and abusive work environment on her part. All this, however, came crashing down for Garcia on November 19.
As law reporter Meghann Cuniff shared, Garcia was sanctioned by a federal judge on Tuesday for not attending a pretrial conference. Consequently, he was ordered to cover legal expenses incurred by Megan Thee Stallion and her record label, Roc Nation, which represents the rapper.
