Wu-Tang Clan Legend Denies Allegations of Punching Incident at Crunch Fitness

Method Man has been accused of assaulting his daughter’s ex-boyfriend, Patrick Sokoya, at a Crunch Fitness in Staten Island, New York. Per The New York Post, the Wu-Tang Clan rapper allegedly punched Sokoya seven times in the face, though Sokoya declined medical attention afterward. The incident reportedly stemmed from an old, unresolved relationship between Sokoya and Meth’s daughter, Cheyenne, over a decade ago.

The NYPD filed a complaint report, but Method Man, whose real name is Clifford Smith, was not arrested. His lawyer has denied the allegations, asserting that the rapper has not been arrested or involved in any criminal action related to the incident.

Meanwhile, Cheyenne has recently made strides in her rap career, earning praise from fellow artists like Trina, who invited her to perform as a special guest at a concert in Detroit. Chey expressed her gratitude to the legendary rapper, sharing her excitement about performing at the sold-out show on social media.
